THE POSITION

Main Activities And Responsibilities Reporting organisationally to the Manager Uniforms, the Uniforms Coordinator will be a key member of the FIFA26 Workforce Uniforms team. The Uniforms Coordinator will work in close collaboration with the FIFA Uniforms/Workforce teams and other key individuals responsible for delivering the uniform workstream for FIFA World Cup 26™ and any other relevant events in lead up to the tournament.

The main responsibilities of the Uniforms Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:

  • Positively and collaboratively support the FWC2026 Uniforms team in Canada in all uniform program initiatives leading up to and including tournament-time delivery.
  • Maintain shared responsibility for business assets and uniforms, ensuring fair and equitable entitlements of goods to relevant parties.
  • Collaborate on planning of uniform distribution operations for Host City delivery model in Canada.
  • Demonstrate adaptability with new systems, technological applications which will serve the distribution process of uniforms across the tournament.
  • Support on key testing for Uniform Management Module, creating and logging scenarios and outcomes.
  • Ensure viable inventory control procedures are rolled out to each distribution centre.
  • Participate in the development of the uniform training program and related materials; support delivery of training.
  • Uphold established workforce and uniform guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Employ exemplary communications within the FWC2026 and FIFA Zurich Uniforms / Workforce teams.
  • Ensure tasks are executed with a focus on Customer Excellence to clients across the business.
  • Illustrate willingness to learn, grow and take on new responsibilities within the team.
  • Shift work will be required during delivery of the tournament.
  • Travel may be required to support tournament and pre-tournament deliverables.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Qualifications

  • Education with a focus on business, supply chain management or related field or equivalent experience.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience.
  • Experience in an event operations, supply chain, or logistics environment an asset.
  • Related experience in retail, service industries, or stakeholder communications a strong asset.
  • Experience with inventory management.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Extremely high attention to detail.
  • Team player, comfortable in upward/downward communication and wanting to go the extra mile.
  • Willing to work to complex, tight, immovable timelines while maintaining a positive attitude, exhibiting patience, persistence, and experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment.
  • Able to learn new software tools and train others.

Languages

  • Fluent in English. French proficiency is a plus

Technology

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
