Our hybrid work model balances working from home and meaningful in-person interaction at our Catholic Education Centre located at 80 Sheppard Ave, E, Toronto, ON.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Reporting to and under the direction of a Platforms and Architecture Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to provide operational support to ICT Services teams. This role will support day to day operational activities, special projects, reporting, and stakeholder communications related to enterprise technology platforms and services.
- Provide support for enterprise systems and services including Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365
- Assist with user account lifecycle management in Active Directory, including creating, modifying, and disabling user accounts and groups
- Support Microsoft 365 administration, including user provisioning, license assignment, mailbox configuration, and basic troubleshooting
- Assist with Azure administration tasks, including identity management, user access management, and basic resource monitoring
- Respond to general ICT-related inquiries, triage requests, and escalate issues to appropriate technical teams when required
- Assist with resolving basic IT service requests and tracking support tickets
- Maintain and update technical documentation, procedures, and internal knowledge resources
- Maintain accurate system records, documentation, and inventory information
- Support multiple demands related to operational tasks and small technical projects while meeting deadlines
- Provide backup support for team members as needed to ensure continuity of services
- Maintain strict confidentiality of system data, user information, and internal documentation
- Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Two-year College Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Foundational knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite e.g. Outlook, MS Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks with competing deadlines, while prioritizing daily and weekly activities and projects on-demand in a very busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail when working with user accounts and system data
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a technical environment
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
