  • Segment customers by behavior/demographics to drive personalization, targeted rollouts, and recommendations.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments; deliver clear, actionable findings.
  • Forecast trends and feature adoption using statistical/ML methods to inform roadmaps.
  • Mentor data analysts via hands-on coaching and training.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in fast-paced environments with product data/analytics focus.
  • Advanced statistical methods: regression, predictive analytics.
  • Strong data visualization/reporting; translate complex data into insights.
  • Customer behavior analysis; identify pain points/opportunities.
  • Segmentation/personalization expertise using product usage data.
  • Product performance optimization across engagement, retention, feature usage.
  • SQL expertise for complex queries; Python or R for analysis/automation.
  • Experience with Mixpanel/Amplitude/Heap (product analytics).
  • Competencies: results-driven, clear communication, structured problem solving, creativity/innovation.
  • Collaboration, active communication, integrated thinking; ownership, resilience; bar-raising mindset.
