Senior Product Manager - Digital ECommerce Job Summary As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic product development. This dynamic position requires collaboration with local and international stakeholders to prioritize new capabilities based on clear business cases. Your key objective is to ensure that products meet customer needs and deliver business value.
Responsibilities
- Develop/Maintain Product Roadmap & Backlog: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize new capabilities based on clear business cases, developing and maintaining the product roadmap and backlog for your portfolio.
- Measure Success of Completed Initiatives: Ensure business value is being realized and capabilities are being used to their fullest potential by measuring the success of completed initiatives.
- Support Systems & Capabilities: Actively support systems and capabilities in your portfolio by promoting defect fixes, frequently occurring support problems, and efficiency drains into your backlog.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders through information sharing, listening sessions, training programs, clear documentation, and strategic vision presentations.
- Maintain Agile Backlog: Define requirements, build stories, and perform user acceptance testing to maintain an agile backlog.
- Collaborate with Partners: Collaborate with partners, navigate complex decision-making, and influence product strategy.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and products in the omni-channel landscape, turning research into actionable recommendations to achieve business objectives.
