About the role

NOTRE MISSION : Valoriser la foresterie afin d’optimiser notre modèle de croissance et en faire bénéficier les parties prenantes.

SOMMAIRE DU POSTE

  • Agir comme référent des systèmes de gestion et certifications en environnement, énergie, GES et approvisionnement responsable.
  • Assurer la conformité, la cohérence et l’amélioration continue des processus et certifications.
  • Soutenir la performance opérationnelle et la fiabilité des données environnementales et énergétiques.
  • Coordonner les audits, la gestion des risques et les actions correctives.
  • Assurer la gestion documentaire et la traçabilité (CoC, fibre/biomasse).
  • Contribuer au déploiement des systèmes ISO 50001 et des certifications Cdt PEFC, SFI et SBP, ainsi qu’à la formation et à la mobilisation terrain.

LIEU DE TRAVAIL : Siège social – Saint-Quentin, NB

EXIGENCE

  • Baccalauréat ou équivalent en environnement, génie, foresterie, développement durable.
  • 3 à 7 ans d’expérience en certifications, audits ou systèmes de gestion en milieu manufacturier.
  • Expérience multisites et interfonctionnelle (atout).
  • Disponibilité pour déplacements occasionnels sur les sites.
  • Maîtrise du français ; anglais fonctionnel requis (audits, documentation, clients).

  • Maîtrise des systèmes ISO 50001 et des certifications CdT PEFC, SFI, SBP.
  • Connaissance des flux matière et de la chaîne de valeur manufacturière.
  • Analyse de données et suivi des indicateurs de performance (Excel, BI).
  • Leadership et mobilisation d’équipes multifonctionnelles.
  • Communication claire avec la direction, les opérations et les auditeurs.
  • Esprit analytique, rigueur, approche pragmatique et orientée solutions.
  • Intégrité, éthique professionnelle et sens du risque.
  • Démontre des habiletés en gestion des priorités.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Act as the functional lead for management systems and certifications related to environment, energy, GHG and responsible sourcing.
  • Ensure compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement of processes and certifications.
  • Support operational performance and the reliability of environmental and energy data.
  • Coordinate audits, risk management activities, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper document control and traceability (CoC, fiber/biomass).
  • Contribute to the deployment of ISO 50001 systems and Chain of Custody (CoC) certifications (PEFC, SFI, SBP), as well as training and on-site engagement.
  • Perform other related duties.

WORKING LOCATION : Head Office – Saint Quentin, NB

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in environmental studies, engineering, forestry, or sustainable development.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in certifications, audits, or management systems within a manufacturing environment.
  • Multi-site and cross-functional experience (asset).
  • Availability for occasional travel to sites.
  • Proficiency in French; functional English required (audits, documentation, clients).

SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 50001 systems and Chain of Custody (CoC) certifications (PEFC, SFI, SBP).
  • Understanding of material flows and the manufacturing value chain.
  • Data analysis and performance indicator tracking (Excel, BI).
  • Leadership and ability to mobilize cross-functional teams.
  • Clear communication with leadership, operations, and auditors.
  • Analytical mindset, rigor, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
  • Integrity, professional ethics, and strong risk awareness.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities effectively.
