About the role
Synopsis of the role The Fraud Analyst will be responsible to work with a Managed Services client on the Equifax FraudIQ platform to detect and mitigate fraud on incoming applications.
What You’ll Do
- Adjudicate incoming fraud applications
- Report findings & take appropriate actions as per client direction
- Provide clear evidence on findings and maintain all applicable evidence and records to support reasoning
- Keep client up to date on results in a timely manner
- Stay abreast of current fraud trends
- Maintain professional demeanor at all times
What Experience You Need
- 3-5 years experience as a Fraud Analyst or Investigator
- Good understanding of application fraud
- Ability to work with various clients in different industries
- Flexible to be scheduled according to client needs
What Could Set You Apart
- CFE or other industry training
- Varied experience in different industries
