The Role The Group Commissions and Direct Bill Specialist supports business operations by analyzing transactional data and processing manual commission payments, as well as other manually handled GSO group accounts. This role ensures all group commissions are processed according to program guidelines and paid to the appropriate accounts. Daily responsibilities include analyzing reports, processing commission payments and billing, responding to commission inquiries, reporting on paid commissions, and assisting with audit support. The specialist also supports the direct bill process by pulling folios for Wyndham Direct centrally processed accounts, updating tracking reports, researching folio-related questions, setting up vendor accounts, and processing holdback direct bill payments. This position involves frequent interaction with properties, global sales accounts, third parties, and internal clients to help resolve group commission and direct bill inquiries.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze data and process manual group commission payments and property invoicing for assigned accounts.
  • Receive, research, and respond to commission inquiries received via phone and email. Assist with audit support.
  • Support direct-bill accounts by pulling folios, updating tracking reports, resolving folio issues, setting up vendor accounts, and processing holdback direct bill payments.
  • Compile reports for supporting detail for group commission payments and internal reporting.

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, specifically VLOOKUPs, filters, and advanced formatting
