About GroupSource LP
We know a great employee benefits plan is key to attracting and retaining great employees.
As a Third Party Administrator (TPA), we not only help design an employee benefits plan that fits your company’s specific needs, but we also act as plan administrator, service department and claims manager for each of our client companies.
These included services allow our clients to effectively ‘out-source’ the majority of their benefits administration and benefits management duties to us, without having to increase the total cost of their benefits plan. We handle everything up to and including claims administration and adjudication.
So, when you actually need to use your benefits, you’re still dealing with us; the folks who designed your program in the first place. And, best of all, this end-to-end service doesn’t cost you more, in fact it usually creates savings that compound over the years. These services and our end-to-end approach are key differences between GroupSource and other providers.
