Job description
You will join the Integration Competence Center (INTCC) within the Group IT Applications Division and contribute to the design, development and support of data integration and distribution solutions for the American markets.
Working closely with IT teams, architects, business stakeholders and external partners, you will help extend and operate the Group’s Single Source of Truth (SSOT) data hub, strengthen data integration capabilities and ensure the reliability of the integration landscape.
Your main responsibilities include:

Designing, developing and enhancing data integration and distribution solutions across brands and countries.

Implementing and extending the SSOT data hub using MS SQL, stored procedures and WebMethods components.

Designing robust data integration architectures and data models to support business and IT needs.
-
Supporting governance activities related to master data, interfaces and integration processes.
-
Providing operational support for the integration landscape, including infrastructure, applications and middleware.

Collaborating with developers, architects and cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality integration flows.

Maintaining documentation related to processes, system setup, data models and integration components.
Profile
The ideal candidate brings:

Strong experience in data integration, data modeling and SQL‑based development.
-
The ability to design and implement integration solutions across multiple systems and markets.
-
Hands‑on experience with MS SQL, stored procedures, SSIS/ETL tools and related plugins.
-
Familiarity with EAI/ESB technologies, ideally Software AG WebMethods or similar stacks.
-
Experience with APIs, XML, SOAP and REST‑based integrations.
-
Exposure to SAP integration technologies such as IDocs, RFCs or ABAP debugging.
-
A structured, analytical and solution‑oriented mindset.
-
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a technical team.

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Professional requirements
Required skills and experience:
-+10 years of IT experience, including at least2 yearsin designing and developing data integration or MDM solutions.

At least5 yearsof experience in data integration, data modeling and SQL‑based development.

Expertise withMS SQL, stored procedures and relational database design.
-
Strong experience withSSIS/ETL toolsand plugins such as Theobald for SAP‑related integrations.

Experience withWebMethodsor other EAI/ESB platforms.
-
Experience inJava/JEEdevelopment and object‑oriented programming.
-
Experience developing web applications (AngularJS, WebMethods CAF UI or similar).
-
Strong knowledge ofXML, SOAP, RESTand API‑based integrations.
-
Experience withSAP integration technologies(IDoc, ALE, RFC, ABAP debugging) is an advantage.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inInformation Technologyor equivalent.
Starting base salary range between 110k-140k/year (plus a yearly bonus potential)
Languages
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
