Main Responsibilities
- Personnel management
- Welcome and fully integrate new employees
- Invest in employees' career goals and professional development
- Approve timesheets, manage schedules, follow up on absenteeism

- Recruitment: contact potential candidates, telephone pre-selection
- Evaluate candidates and assign to right job
- Promote available positions
- Visit job locations to familiarize with environment and team
- Support growth projects and extend contacts in industry
- Flexible and open to related tasks
Required Qualifications
- About 2 years of experience in personnel and customer service management
- Experience in recruitment and integration of new employees
- Access to a vehicle to visit clients in the greater metropolitan area
- Comfortable with MS Office programs
