We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Program Analyst to join our Asset Lifecycle Management Department. Under the general
direction of the AC Assets Team Lead, the Electrical Maintenance Program Analyst is responsible for applying system-based RCM
methodology to develop maintenance programs for the AC station apparatus. The Electrical Maintenance Program Analyst will
conduct studies of the maintenance and failure data and prepare reports. As part of continuous improvement process, the Electrical
Maintenance Program Analyst will work with other Operating Groups to streamline and automate the data quality control processes
and improve reliability modeling and analytical capabilities. The Electrical Maintenance Program Analyst will work with technical staff
in selecting the best-fit preventative and predictive maintenance tasks using RCM principles, conduct studies of the maintenance
and failure data as well as prepare reports. The Electrical Maintenance Program Analyst is also responsible for the review and
reliability analysis of AC Assets against asset management principles, while working with internal and external experts to reflect
current best maintenance practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to technical support staff in the selection of preventative and predictive maintenance tasks for AC Assets
based on mode, cause, task analysis. Tasks should be applicable and cost-effective.
- Conduct studies on maintenance and failure data to determine equipment reliability and recommend changes to maintenance
standards as required to ensure equipment reliability.
- Prepare reports assessing the applicability of maintenance tasks and the settings of the maintenance task triggers.
- Monitor the application of RCM and assist various work groups to ensure that RCM methodology is being applied in a
consistent manner.
- Advise equipment specialists in the interpretation of maintenance data.
- Advise maintenance planners in the implementation of the maintenance task templates.
- Assist the AC Station Strategist and AC Assets Team Lead in performing cost-benefit analysis of the maintenance program to
ensure that changes made to the program are cost-effective.
- Assist the AC Station Strategist in establishing reliability benchmarks and adopting best maintenance practices of other
electrical utilities.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a diploma course in Electrical or Electronic Technology from a recognized technical institute plus a
minimum five years of experience as a qualified Electrical Technician in the operation and/or maintenance of AC Assets and
in RCM system analysis and maintenance task selection in electrical transmission and distribution using RCM philosophy.
- Demonstrated ability to perform RCM analysis and in conjunction with technical staff, select applicable and cost-effective
maintenance tasks.
- Possess a sound background in the operation and maintenance of AC Assets.

Salary Range
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $43.35-$59.82 Hourly,
$$83,070.78-$114,625.68 Annually.
