Your Place In Our Story The Office Assistant is responsible for responding to and assisting internal Residents and staff and external clients.
Here’s How You’ll Contribute
- Respond promptly and courteously to all resident-related issues in a professional manner, informing management when applicable and if follow-up is required.
- Prepare resident arrival and key packages, and coordinate smooth move-ins and move-outs, including elevator bookings where applicable..
- Respond to resident requests, inquiries, and concerns, in-person and over the phone.
- All other tasks as deemed by Property Manager
Technical Competencies What you bring to the team Education: High School Education or a College Diploma is an asset
Experience: A minimum one to two (1-2) years relevant office and reception experience.
Skills, Knowledge And Abilities
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook
- Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
- Customer focused and positive attitude
- Patience and problem solving when dealing with customers
- Team Player
- Excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility
- Attention to detail (double checking)
- Multitasking skills
