The Program Manager on the Go-to-Coffeehouse team will focus on driving excellence in implementation in our coffeehouses across Canada. In this cross-functional role, you’ll partner with cross functional teams to enable partners in our coffeehouses to implement and sustain programs in their coffeehouses so that they can deliver Green Apron Service and drive business growth. You’ll lead initiatives that improve store operations and drive better outcomes for our partners.
As a Program Manager on the Go-to-Coffeehouse team, you will:
Strategic Alignment
- Determine why and how multiple projects focus on strategic alignment.
- Drive holistic strategy, orchestration, and delivery.
- Apply strategic thinking across a broad scope of initiatives.
Program Leadership and Governance
- Oversee and orchestrate programs spanning multiple related projects.
- Drive program strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and outcomes.
- Manage interdependencies across projects; optimize and prioritize resource allocation across programs.
- Keep portfolio leadership informed to support strategic prioritization and governance across the organization.
Change Management and Communication
- Lead stakeholder communication and change management; ensure alignment and accountability through clear RACI modeling.
- Communicate program updates and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, providing visibility into progress, risks, and impact.
Execution and Delivery Excellence
- Prioritize change plans with tools, expectations, and feedback loops to land initiatives successfully.
- Define and document program requirements by translating operational needs into clear, actionable briefs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coffeehouse solutions are efficient and enhance the partner experience.
- Establish clear goals, timelines, and success metrics for each initiative, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the program lifecycle.
- Ensure partner-centric design and implementation by incorporating feedback from store teams and field leaders into program development and execution.

- Driving strategic initiatives and operational execution in large, matrixed organizations.
- Leading complex, cross-functional programs with measurable business impact.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and owning outcomes from planning through execution.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect program goals to broader organizational strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and foster team effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree is considered an asset.
Compensation & Benefits
The typical hiring range for this position is $114,700 - $164,980 CAD annually. Your base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity.
