About the Position

  • We are searching for a permanentManager, Sales Operations & Enablementto join our Group Business team.

  • PBC’s compensation program is built on a pay-for-performance philosophy, rewarding both individual and organizational achievements. The typical hiring range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on a combination of skills, education, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, you’ll be eligible for our annual bonus program.

Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact

The Manager, Sales Operations & Enablement integrates revenue operations disciplines including pipeline management, CRM governance, performance reporting, and sales process optimization.

This role directs people leadership to ensure renewals, proposals, client communications, and broker relationships align with profitability, retention, compliance, and brand standards.

As the Manager, you will direct to full RFP, implementation, and onboarding lifecycle, establish performance metrics, accountability frameworks, and operational infrastructure that enable sales leaders and Account Managers to focus on selling and relationship management.

In this role you would coach team members through complex RFP’s, renewals, and negotiations to drive sales effectiveness and sustainable growth.

The manager oversees the pipeline data integrity in Microsoft Dynamics, including stage definitions, probability weighting, progression criteria, and enforcement of CRM hygiene standards.

This role builds and maintains dashboards and reporting that provides real-time visibility into deal flow, stage conversion, velocity, and pipeline health.

You would establish baseline conversion metrics, develop leading indicators, and build forecasting models that connect activity inputs to revenue outputs to support data-informed target selling and resources allocation.

This role helps ensure consistent adoption of sales process standards across emerging, mid-market, and strategic account teams and will coordinate with marketing on lead qualification criteria and handoff protocols to eliminate funnel gaps.

Key Experiences You Bring To This Role

  • 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial analytics, ideally in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or leading a team, including coaching on both operational execution and professional development.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) including pipeline configuration, reporting, and data governance.
  • Proven ability to build performance reporting frameworks and translate data into actionable sales leadership insights.
  • Experience supporting or managing proposal/RFP processes in a B2B or broker-mediated environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across functions (Sales, Underwriting, Marketing, IT) without direct authority.

Preferred qualifications that are considered an asset:

  • Experience in group benefits, health insurance, or employee benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with broker distribution models and advisor relationship management.
  • Exposure to sales enablement tools (content management, proposal automation, intent data platforms).
  • CPA, MBA, or equivalent business credentials considered an asset.
