How You’ll Make An Impact
- Manage all stages of patient treatment—anticipating next steps and ensuring seamless care.
- Assist the doctor chairside with precision, providing appointment summaries and clinical insights.
- Perform advanced procedures including bonding, debonding, wire changes, appliance insertion, and Invisalign support.
- Educate and motivate patients with clear instructions and creative tools to support oral hygiene and appliance care.
- Conduct assessments, monitor treatment progress, and adjust plans as needed.
- Take impressions, scans, and fit appliances with accuracy and confidence.
- Maintain detailed, accurate clinical notes and ensure proper procedure coding.
- Keep the clinic organized, stocked, and compliant with all health and safety protocols.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene care and motivate them to consistently follow care protocols with a variety of rewards to reinforce habits that keep the teeth and gums healthy.
The Teammate We’re Looking For
- Dental Hygienist Diploma.
- High Speed Hand Piece Course or equivalent experience.
- HARP Certification.
- Currently Active Hygiene License.
