About The Role The HR Business Partner at Wainbee Limited plays a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with the overall business objectives. This position involves working closely with management and employees to foster a high-performance culture, support organizational transformation, and drive talent development initiatives. The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner, providing expert guidance on HR policies, employment law, and best practices, while also managing core HR processes such as performance management, recruitment, and compensation reviews. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a higher education degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of experience in a generalist HR role. At least two years should be in a position similar to HR Business Partner or equivalent. A comprehensive understanding of labor laws and employment regulations is essential. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably ADP, and be fluent in both French and English. Strong skills in change management, managerial coaching, and leadership development are required. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, project-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support managers in managing their teams by facilitating skills development, talent attraction, retention strategies, succession planning, and training initiatives.
  • Participate in defining and executing HR strategies that align with the company's business challenges and growth plans.
  • Manage and coordinate HR processes such as performance reviews, salary adjustments, recruitment campaigns, and onboarding procedures.
  • Analyze HR metrics and indicators to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, proposing corrective actions as needed.
  • Proactively address individual and team challenges by providing coaching, guidance, and support to foster high-performing teams.
  • Promote leadership development initiatives rooted in listening, accountability, and sustainable performance practices.
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary HR projects, including diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement, and organizational culture initiatives.
  • Stay informed about the latest HR trends, market developments, and legal updates to ensure compliance and best practices.
