Integrity is actively recruiting a Customer Experience & Administrative Coordinator to join our expanding team.

As the Customer Experience & Administrative Coordinator, you will be required to perform a variety of clerical tasks, including, but not limited to, assisting customers and program management team, entering data, creating reports and providing clerical support.

This position will report directly to the Sales Account Manager.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist visiting customers by anticipating and responding to their needs during their time on-site

• Communicate with Program Management and Sales teams on various job-related topics

• Assist with POs for outsource validations

• Coordinate and manage employee travel

• Utilize a variety of softwares to enter and maintain company data

• Create and present reports using various softwares

• Prepare for and attend meetings as required

• Assist Program Management department with administrative tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Strong customer service in interpersonal skills

• Post-secondary in Office Administration

• 2-4 years experience as an administrative role an asset, but not required

• Experience with Microsoft Suites

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
