We are looking for a Data Architect who will play a key role in improving the visibility, consistency, and reliability of data within a fast-growing organization.
The Data Architect will work closely with business leaders, project teams, and IT to ensure that data from key systems is properly structured, integrated, governed, and ready for both operational and analytical use.
What you will do

Participate in defining and maintaining enterprise data standards, principles, and target architecture.

Support data governance initiatives, including data definition, ownership, quality, and traceability.

Provide architectural expertise during system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and the AI/BI team to translate operational needs into data solutions.
-
Design data models and integration patterns for key systems (ERP, PMIS, CRM, HRIS, procurement, etc.).
-
Ensure the reliability of data flows between operational systems and the data platform.
-
Contribute to the development of the organization’s core ontology.
This role could be for you if you have
- 8+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, and modeling.
Strong experience with transactional systems such as ERP, PMIS, CRM, HRIS, etc.

Excellent understanding of data integration concepts, relational databases, and analytics architectures.

Experience defining conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
-
Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including business teams, IT/Cybersecurity, AI/BI, external vendors, etc.

Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
Assets

Experience in the construction industry (strong asset).

Experience in large, fast growing organizations.

Experience with the BizzDesign architecture platform.
