- This is a unique opportunity to shape a greenfield product from its earliest stages
- You’ll design for founders, operators, and finance teams who expect intuitive software, seamless integrations, and automation that eliminates busywork
- With strong demand from our customers and a large market opportunity ahead, this product has the potential to become one of Mercury’s biggest bets—and you’ll play a key role in making it real
- Feel a strong sense of ownership - driving the product from early concepts to launch and beyond
- Drive architectural decisions and define the technical direction, while fostering alignment across the team and mentoring engineers toward those goals
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create intuitive, lovable experiences
- Build core functionality in React + TypeScript, ensuring the product is performant, maintainable, and scalable
- Mentor and support more junior engineers on the team, raising the bar for technical excellence
- Champion a product-focused approach: keeping the user experience front and center in every decision
