Are you a detail-oriented and proactive marketing professional ready to make a significant impact? We’re seeking a Marketing Officer, Media Planning, to join our team and work alongside our media planners under the supervision of the Media Planning Manager.
Your Responsibilities Planning
- Assist media planners in preparing media plans and conducting research (past performance, media kits).
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative media recommendations.
Organizing
- Keep work tools up to date (campaign trackers, templates, audiences/conversions).
- Co-ordinate with media partners to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Automate tasks for preparing plans and reports.
- File proof of broadcast and campaign reports.
- Provide the Media Planning Manager with administrative support.
Leading
- Assist media planners in launching campaigns on platforms like DV360, Meta, Google Ads, YouTube and Spotify.
- Work with the planning, strategy and creative teams toward achieving KPIs.
Monitoring
- Help prepare end-of-campaign reports by extracting and compiling data.
- Help analyze results and draft post-mortem reports.
- Conduct quality control before campaigns go live and monitor their performance in real time.
This is a full-time, 12-month temporary position with a hybrid work model that combines remote and in-office work. Qualifications Your profile:
- University degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field
- One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets (Excel)
- Basic knowledge of advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok)
