Your Opportunity
As a Summer Student supporting our Human Resources team, you will contribute to the administrative systems that support our staff and organizational practices. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in HR processes while working in a collaborative and values-driven environment.
What You Will Do
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate HR records
- Support digital filing and documentation management
- Assist with preparation and organization of HR documentation
- Contribute to project-based work related to HR initiatives
- Handle confidential employee information with a high level of discretion
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Comfort using Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Strong communication and ability to work collaboratively
- Interest in Human Resources or people-focused work is an asset
Eligibility Requirements (Canada Summer Jobs)
To be eligible, applicants must:
Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee protection
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada
