About The Role
As a Registered Nurse within our neurological rehabilitation service, you will work as part of a highly skilled interdisciplinary team, delivering specialist nursing care and contributing to positive rehabilitation outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assessing and managing clients with acquired brain injuries
Implementing, monitoring and evaluating rehabilitation plans Providing education and support to clients, families and whānau Contributing to clinical outcome measurement and reporting Preparing professional clinical documentation and reports Supporting quality improvement initiatives Participating in ongoing professional development and service training
About You
Previous experience in neurological and brain injury rehabilitation is highly preferred, however, open to all candidates based on experience.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
Current New Zealand Registered Nurse Annual Practising Certificate
Minimum 2 years' post-registration nursing experience Strong assessment, communication and clinical reasoning skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to person-centered rehabilitation practice
