Corporate Commercial Solicitor (Consultant) – Remote Canada
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor qualified in at least one province of Canada to join our growing AI-augmented legal services platform.
At AirCounsel, we combine exceptional legal expertise with advanced AI technology to deliver faster, smarter, and more scalable legal support to businesses internationally, including Canada-based clients.
As part of our team, you will work at the forefront of legal innovation, leveraging AI-enabled workflows while providing the practical commercial judgment that only experienced attorneys can deliver.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts
- Advise clients on corporate, commercial, governance, and compliance matters
- Support cross-border legal projects and international transactions
Specification
- Active license and good standing with at least one Canadian province
- 5+ years of post qualification experience in the Canadian market with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Excellent communication skills and sound commercial judgment
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, technology-driven environment
- Experience supporting international clients or cross-border matters is a plus
