Your Role
As Sales Coordinator, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your Scope Includes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer master data across multiple systems Support prospecting, customer development, and account planning through data collection, validation, and analysis Coordinate customer onboarding and ensure quality information is shared with internal teams Act as a link between customers and Cascades' strategic business units for assigned accounts Respond to customer requests and provide required commercial, technical, and corporate documentation Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and credit teams to support customer needs and ensure effective communication Monitor sales activities, maintain tracking tools, follow up on requests and commitments, and build strong customer relationships while promoting collaboration and best practices
What You Bring
You're a natural fit for Sales Coordinator if you have:
2–3 years of experience in a sales support, sales coordination, customer service, or account management role; manufacturing industry experience is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred Experience using Microsoft 365, SAP, and advanced Excel functions; experience with CRM systems and Power BI is an asset Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Analytical, resourceful, and adaptable professional with strong problem-solving skills; project management experience or training is an asset Fluent in both English and French to effectively support customers and collaborate with teams across Canada and the United States
