Overview of the Role
Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. is seeking a Coordinator, Distribution that supports the Southern Alberta Distribution Center (SADC) Team by ensuring compliance to established accountability practices and processes. This position also provides Maestro Software and Hardware support, liaison between Warehouse, Production, Planning and Distribution. Facilitates training and understanding of Warehouse policies and procedures.
How you will make contributions that matter:
- Process, prepare, and complete BOL transaction for inbound and outbound freight.
- Follow all SOPs for SADC.
- Process manifests and record internal and external shipments.
- Support Period End process and reconciliation including inventory count.
- Support processing variances from inventory.
- Telephone communication with various 3rd party carriers, warehouses, and other internal departments.
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional, timely manner.
- Maintain filing system.
- Conduct Training sessions for Saputo in-house programs.
- Environmental requirements.
- Back up for Transport Planning.
- Other duties as required.
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
- Post-secondary training in General Business/Administration/Accounting; related experience would be a suitable alternative.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within Warehouse/Shipping/Distribution and receiving environments.
- Advanced business software skills (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of Maestro system and or SAP.
- A solid and effective team player.
- Proven commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and analytical skills.
- High level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Salary: $55,430.00 - $69,265.00
*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
