Responsibilities
- The Automotive Product Advisor will build relationships & create guests for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of Pre-Owned Used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
- Fantastic communication skills with our guests
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
- Be a Canadian Resident or have Permanent/Landed Immigrant Status
About Castlegar Toyota
Castlegar Toyota is a progressive and wholly authorized Toyota dealer in the West Kootenay region of British Columbia. Centrally located in Castlegar, BC, and in very close proximity to Nelson and Trail, we are a full-service Toyota vehicle and genuine Toyota parts retailer, and we have some of the most experienced factory-trained service technicians in the business.
We also sell and service all other makes and models. Our used vehicle operations begin with selecting or accepting only quality vehicles on trade, and then putting them through a very stringent safety and reconditioning program. We also retail Toyota Certified Used Vehicles, which must meet the manufacturer's strict requirements, and we offer our own certification program, Castlegar Toyota Used Certified, which introduces a host of benefits, including warranty, for all other brands that qualify.
Our Product Advisors are trained customer service professionals and vehicle specialists who receive updates and bulletins on a regular basis, so they are an excellent resource for further exploring or demonstrating the vehicles we retail.
