Job Description The Administrator provides front-desk coverage and day-to-day administrative support to logistics and site management teams. This role acts as a central point of coordination, supporting site operations through document control, scheduling, travel logistics, and general administrative tasks while ensuring smooth communication between internal staff , external partners & field staff.
What would you be doing?
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and general inquiries, maintaining a professional front-desk presence
- Provide administrative support to logistics and site managers, assisting with day-to-day operational tasks
- Assist with travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation coordination for site personnel
- Prepare, track, and distribute site documentation, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and data entry within internal systems

Qualifications
- Adaptable to dynamic environments, with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- 1-3 years experience in an office based admin role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel etc,.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to liaise with all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
