About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Polisher/Detailer to join our collision repair team. In this role, you will be responsible for the final finishing and quality control on vehicles after repairs are completed.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform polishing, buffing, and finishing work on repaired vehicles to ensure a flawless appearance
- Detail both interior and exterior of vehicles prior to customer delivery
- Inspect vehicles for imperfections and address any required corrections
- Complete vehicle scans prior to production and final delivery
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and vehicle condition during prewash and final wash
- Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment
Requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience in auto body polishing, detailing, or collision repair finishing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
- Familiarity with polishing equipment, detailing products, and vehicle scan tools (training provided if required)
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Valid Ontario driver’s license with clean driving record
