Pharmacy Manager

Infinity Pharma (A division of Infinity Health)

Edmonton, Alberta

Job Position: Pharmacy Manager/ Licensee (Ground-Floor Setup & Launch)

Location: 10134-111 Street, Edmonton (Connected to Medical Clinic)

Position: Type: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: Immediately

Compensation: $125,000-$135,000 Base Salary + 5% Net Profit Sharing + Comprehensive Benefits

Infinity Health is seeking an entrepreneurial, driven, and fully licensed Pharmacist to come on board immediately as our foundational Pharmacy Manager and Designated Licensee.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

Infinity Pharma is launching a brand-new, modern community pharmacy at 10134-111 Street in downtown Edmonton. Strategically integrated directly within a high-traffic, multi-physician medical clinic, Infinity Pharma is designed to provide seamless, collaborative, and patient-centric healthcare.

This is a rare, ground-floor opportunity. You will be building this pharmacy entirely from scratch. Rather than stepping into an established corporate box, you will have the unique autonomy to design the dispensary layout, select the pharmacy software, set up specialized services (such as compounding), and shape the clinical workflow. As the sole pharmacist to start, you will be supported by a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant from your very first day and will directly share the financial success of the location from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Build & Launch from Scratch: Take complete ownership of the initial dispensary setup, including workflow layout optimization, software integration, inventory procurement, and specialized service planning.

Licensure & Compliance: Serve as the designated Licensee with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP), ensuring the brand-new space meets all foundational, physical, operational, and legal requirements under the Pharmacy and Drug Act.

Clinical Excellence: Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care (including medication reviews, adaptations, and injections) while leveraging a built-in referral pipeline from the adjacent clinic physicians.

Business Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, lead inventory strategy, and collaborate closely with clinic leadership to drive volume and efficiency.

WHAT WE OFFER

Lucrative Financial Upside: A structured 5% Net Profit Sharing program paid out quarterly, giving you direct equity-like rewards for the growth and efficiency of the pharmacy.

Competitive Base Compensation: $125,000 to $135,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

True Autonomy: The freedom to run the pharmacy like your own business without corporate red tape.

Full Launch: The company will fully cover the cost of the mandatory ACP Licensee Fundamentals training course ($300+GST) required to activate the new operating license.

Immediate Support Staff: A dedicated Pharmacy Assistant will be provided immediately to assist you with administrative and technical workflows.

REQUIREMETNS/ROLE CRITERIA

Licensure: Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP), with Additional Prescribing Authority (APA) and injection certification.

ACP Licensee Eligibility: Meets all ACP criteria to hold a pharmacy operating license, including completion of the ACP Licensee Education Program prior to opening.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical pharmacy practice in Alberta; previous experience launching a pharmacy or managing an independent location is a major asset.

Availability: Ready to begin immediately to steer the pre-opening layout and licensing process.

Entrepreneurial Edge: A proactive problem-solver who is genuinely excited about the challenge and reward of building a practice from a blank canvas.

How to Apply
