As a Fleet Coordinator , you’ll play a vital role in keeping our fleet moving safely and efficiently across all divisions. You’ll be the bridge between our internal teams, vendors, and drivers—helping ensure that repairs are completed on time, downtime is minimized, and every piece of equipment is road-ready.

Schedule: Nights, 2/2/3 rotation
What You’ll Do
- Support daily maintenance operations and approve purchase order requests.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate timely, cost-effective repairs.
- Communicate with Shop Managers, Operations, and Drivers to keep equipment road-ready.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure compliance with standards.
- Perform nightly yard checks and report on findings.
- Build strong relationships across the organization and with external vendors.
- Stay proactive with updates, follow-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
- Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency.
- Advanced computer skills (especially Outlook and Excel).
- Confidence to make decisions independently and thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Experience in transportation or logistics is an asset.
- Bilingual (English/French) is a plus!
