INVENTORY COORDINATOR

Wage-$50,000 dollars per year

Summary of essential job functions

Hearn Industrial Services in Windsor ONis looking for a full time Inventory Coordinator. The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility. The Inventory Coordinator is also will also monitor inventory levels and product movement:

• Responsible for the daily material inventory functions for the facility

• Perform cycle counts and Inventory counts in comparison with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and customer specific systems

• Ensure receivers are verified and entered into WMS

• Ensure shippers are generated and processed through WMS

• Ensure ASNs and EDI transactions are processed and sent within the allotted time frame

Required qualifications, skills, knowledge and abilities

• Minimum 2 years experience in Inventory Control

• Knowledge and experience in SAP system

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

• Minimum 1 year experience processing ASN and EDI transactions

Educational Requirements

§ High School Graduate with work experience in an inventory environment or

§ Additional training in supply chain, logistics, quality or customer service is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
