AI Solutions, Developer – Remote in Canada
Here is what a typical day looks like

Creating algorithms and models based on datasets that reflect real-world conditions

Designing, developing, testing and implementing AI-based solutions to address business challenges
-
Communicating with internal stakeholders to qualify, execute, and advise on their requests
-
Partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into products and services, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals
-
Designing and developing AI models and algorithms to solve specific business problems
-
Conducting data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation to prepare datasets for model training
-
Implementing learning models, or AI functionalities, utilizing industry leading frameworks and software library
-
Testing and validating AI models to ensure their accuracy and reliability
-
Deploying AI models into production environments and monitoring their performance
-
Identifying AI models improvements based on feedback and new data
-
Developing skills and knowledge in latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies
-
Creating and maintaining documentation for AI model development and deployment processes
-
Providing training to team members on AI use and maintenance
-
Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and optimize AI models to improve performance.
The value you bring

Proven experience developing and deploying AI models and solutions
-
Ability to communicate effectively in a corporate environment and qualify technical request from non-technical stakeholders

AWS, Azure AI certification, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Data Factory, Azure Teams AI Library, Azure AI Search, n8n, ITIL Foundation, SANS, SCCP, CISSP or similar certifications considered an asset

Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C++, Scala, Java, Rust, etc.)

Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

Experience with APIs and integrating models into production environments
Hours: Full time - 37.5hrs per week
Location: Remote Options available in Canada
Requisition: 82049
Compensation Range: $60,000 - $80,000per year
