Job Title: Lease Portfolio Manager

Position Overview:

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for customers coming out of their leases, helping them upgrade into their next vehicle with ease. What You’ll Do:
- Proactively connect with customers as their leases expire and present upgrade opportunities
- Guide customers through lease renewals or new finance options with confidence
- Partner with sales and finance teams to create seamless transitions into new vehicles
- Manage customer portfolios using CDK, ONE-EIGHTY, and other tools
- Stay sharp on lease programs, rates, and bank options to deliver expert advice
- Build lasting customer relationships that drive loyalty and referrals
- Contribute to monthly sales and finance targets with energy and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in automotive sales (dealership experience an asset)
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
- Ability to analyze customer needs and craft tailored solutions
- Familiarity with CDK, ONE-EIGHTY, and leasing programs (an asset, not a must)
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a team-driven environment
- Ambition to grow into sales management or finance management
