Your responsibilities include:

Configure, integrate, and maintain GenAI tools within enterprise development ecosystems.

Fine-tune LLMs and SLMs for performance, accuracy, and contextual alignment.
-
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to embed AI into Atlassian and GitHub pipelines.
-
Use Apache Spark and related frameworks for AI data preparation and model training workflows.
-
Evaluate new AI productivity tools, recommend best-fit solutions, and lead proof-of-concept deployments.
-
Implement and monitor usage metrics, model outputs, and tuning parameters.
-
Create and maintain documentation for AI configuration, setup, and governance standards.
-
3 to 5+ years in AI or Data Engineering with hands-on configuration experience
-
Strong knowledge of Generative AI tools and model fine-tuning (LLMs, SLMs, embeddings)
-
Proven experience integrating AI systems into Jira / Atlassian workflows -must have
-
Expertise with GitHub Actions, GitHub Copilot, and related AI developer tools-must have
-
Experience with Apache Spark for distributed data processing -must have
-
Familiarity with API integration, model lifecycle management, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
-
Strong understanding of DevOps and agile software delivery principles
Preferred skills:
- Experience with LangChain, Vector Databases, or RAG-based systems
- Previous consulting or advisory experience in AI enablement or automation projects
- Familiarity with Atlassian Intelligence or GitHub Copilot Enterprise deployments
