Join our dynamic Sales Support & Training team as a Sales Support Coordinator , where you'll play a key role in enabling the success of Manulife Bank’s national sales force. You’ll be the go-to person for operational support, process improvement, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Champion Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that enhance workflows and service delivery.
  • Support Sales Excellence : Respond to inquiries from the Sales team with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Technical troubleshooting : Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve issues, logging tickets and gathering information as needed. Support new technology roll-outs and access provisioning.
  • Coordinate Onboarding & Transitions : Manage new hires, terminations, leaves, and status changes with a customer-first mindset.
  • Event Support : Collaborate with senior leadership and the events team to coordinate logistics for national sales events.
  • Project Management : Keep initiatives on track using tools like databases, checklists, and trackers.
  • Issue Resolution : Proactively identify and resolve issues, creating sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales leadership, subject matter experts, and distribution partners (Financial Advisors and Brokers).

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales Support, Customer Experience, or Administrative Coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
  • A growth mindset—you’re curious, resilient, and always learning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365; including experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Ability to work from our Waterloo office as needed and travel occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

Salary range is expected to be between

$50,700.00 CAD - $84,500.00 CAD
