We're recruiting on behalf of an established Canadian organization for an experienced National Sales & Marketing Manager to lead national growth initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and build a high-performing commercial team.

Role: As the National Sales & Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the President and lead a team of marketing and sales professionals to drive revenue growth across Canada Your responsibilities will include: Developing and executing national sales and marketing strategies that support business growth Leading digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, e-commerce, and customer acquisition Building strong alignment between Retail Sales, E-Commerce, and Brand Marketing Establishing KPIs, forecasting sales performance, and monitoring marketing effectiveness Strengthening brand consistency across all customer touchpoints Managing key customer relationships and supporting national sales initiatives Leading weekly sales and marketing meetings while driving accountability and collaboration Coaching, mentoring, and developing a growing commercial team
Qualifications: The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who enjoys developing people just as much as developing business. Qualifications include: 5+ years of leadership experience managing marketing, sales, or commercial team Proven success coaching and developing high-performing teams 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing and e-commerce experience Experience with Canadian retail, dealer, distributor, or omnichannel sales environment Strong understanding of marketing analytics, pricing strategy, forecasting, and P&L management Experience leading organizational change and process improvement Ability to travel across Canada approximately 15-25 Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, GA4, WordPress, or similar digital ecosystems is considered an asset.
