**Location:**Hamilton, ON.
Vacancy: 2.

Job Duties:
- Train and coach crews on proper planting and horticultural techniques.
- Oversee plant installation and transport, ensuring zero damage.
- Prune, water, and guide staff on plant health and maintenance.
- Identify plant pests and diseases and provide treatment guidance.
- Inspect nursery stock and tag plants for upcoming jobs.
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and plant treatments as needed.
- Get hands-on with planting and maintenance when needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or equivalent hands-on knowledge.
- Spray License (Landscape Exterminator) – required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

The Oakridge Landscape team is comprised of estimators, project managers, designers, and construction managers for both commercial and residential properties.
Oakridge Landscape works with certified horticulturist, surveyors and engineers when required for landscape projects. We manage and construct both commercial and residential projects, and are proud members of Landscape Ontario, Canadian Landscape Nursery Association, Hamilton Construction Association, and we are a Unilock Authorized Contractor.
We have satisfied both commercial clients and homeowners with award winning designs for over 30 years throughout Southern Ontario in the Golden Horseshoe and beyond. From beginning to end, our professional team will guide you through a pleasurable, stress-free experience.
