Regional Operations Specialist in Canada

As an Operations Specialist, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact of the sales team while coordinating small-scale projects. This role focuses on issue analysis and resolution, collaboration across teams, and maintaining accurate project data.

Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact of the sales team, promptly addressing inquiries and escalations to support sales and agent productivity.
  • Support the sales team with concerns related to agent onboarding process and contract submission.
  • Have a deep knowledge of agent settlement and collections process.
  • Coordinate small-scale projects from inception to completion, including status reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, analyze current workflows, and implement enhancements to increase operational efficiency and reduce redundancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date operations project data ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis for operational challenges and able to present recommendations/solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to align goals and agreed policy and process improvements.
  • Perform other tasks as required.

Role Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, customer service, or project coordination roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and process optimization.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and interactions with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on proactive solutions.
  • Bilingual in English and French highly preferred. Fluency in English is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Occasional limited travel possible.

Salary

The base salary range is $65,000 – 80,000 CAD per year. Total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
