Key responsibilities:

• Providing direction and leadership to the yard team, delivery drivers, operators, mechanics and communication to third party contractors

• Overseeing the completion and follow through of all safety and environmental policies and procedures and ensure standards are achieved.

• Promote and ensure adherence to brand standards, marketing efforts, image standards, safety, and asset protection.

• Responsible for the marketing and merchandise of the Ag locations
  including,
  display, promotions, and pricing. Participate in weekly inspection programs and implement recommended improvements and ensure daily housekeeping duties are completed.

• Collaborate with the AG Division Agronomy team on the delivery of products and services to our producers.

• Manage the incoming and outgoing inventory of products to ensure all safe handling procedures are met. Ensure accuracy of deliveries from our suppliers and delivery out to our producers.

• Manage expenses of the location including
  labour
  , R&M, margin control through inventory management

• Prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to the pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory of the commodity.

Who you are:

• Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Agriculture or related field. A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered

• 3+ years of relevant experience, including leadership experience

• You
  have the ability to
  lead people in a way that fosters teamwork, efficiency and growth while ensuring accountability

• You have excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

• You find ways to optimize work processes

• You are well organized and are highly motivated

• You
  have the ability to
  work independently without supervision
