What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain monthly reporting to support in-depth analyses and deliver actionable, data-driven insights
- Create and execute new analyses based on rigorous actuarial methodologies
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Street Pricing and Data Science to determine shared assumptions and improve Technical Pricing models
- Automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Train and coach junior staff on the fundamentals and technical aspects as well as best practices around process management
- Be actively involved in the actuarial community at Aviva
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor degree in Actuarial Science, Math or Statistics or other related subjects
- Minimum of 5 CAS exams
- Minimum 3 years of P&C work experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including VBA, as well as Python and SAS, is required
- Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience building dashboards in Qlik Sense
- Demonstrated experience in designing databases, developing dashboards, and transforming data is essential
- Actuarial curiosity to learn and explore new solutions
- Strong mathematical and statistical background
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
