The College of New Caledonia is looking for a nursing faculty to instruct in the Practical Nurse Program. The instructor will be involved with delivering theory, lab and clinical based experiences.
Skills & Qualifications

RN with a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, preference will be given to an RN with a Master’s Degree (or within 60 percent completion)

Provincial Instructor’s Diploma
-
Minimum 5 years nursing experience in recent medical, surgical or gerontological areas in acute or community care settings

A combination of equivalent experience and education will be considered

Recent teaching experience

Membership or eligibility for membership in BCCNM
Hiring criteria shall include professional qualifications, professional experience, teaching experience, college contributions, community awareness and personal attributes so far as they are applicable to the job classification in question.
