About This Opportunity The role of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Solutions Analyst contributes to the seamless flow of electronic data interchange between Coke Canada and our customers. Reporting to the Senior Manager, EDI Solutions, the position will play a pivotal role in optimizing our national EDI environment and collaborating with cross functional teams to drive efficiency and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inbound and outbound EDI traffic, ensuring swift and accurate data exchange.
- Collaborate with third-party technical partners to lead the resolution of EDI errors, aiming for industry leading accuracy and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Innovate processes, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance and refine our EDI environment for
- increased efficiency.
- Provide insightful performance tracking, analyzing key error drivers, and proposing sustainable business process improvements to minimize transmission errors.
- Foster collaboration with Master Data, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, and other teams to ensure accurate data and successful EDI transactions.
- Skillfully manage and execute Business Continuity plans, mitigating any disruptions to our valued customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology or Business preferred
- Minimum 2 years of practical EDI experience
- Proficiency in managing and reporting on large datasets, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Suite
- Strong systems acumen, with a preference for experience with SAP systems
- Demonstrated familiarity with EDI Standards and a solid grasp of overall EDI Concepts, cultivated over 2+ years of experience
- Proven track record of cross-functional teamwork within a collaborative environment, spanning 2+ years
- Previous engagement in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG} environment, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics
- Proficiency in process management, multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities, facilitating effective issue resolution
- Ability to interpret and develop technical documentation, aiding in seamless communication across teams
