What you’ll do:
As the Regional Director, you will play a key leadership role across multiple GraceMed clinics, driving both financial and operational performance. You will collaborate closely with Clinic Managers, service providers, and physicians to ensure each location achieves outstanding patient outcomes while maintaining alignment with GraceMed’s vision and values.
- Develop and lead multi-clinic Business Plans aligned with GraceMed’s strategic and financial goals.
- Mentor and coach Clinic Managers, supporting them in hitting operational, revenue, and patient experience targets.
- Oversee monthly financial performance, reviewing Profit & Loss statements, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Guide clinics in implementing strategic initiatives, including quarterly focuses, marketing plans, and service excellence improvements.
- Lead regional business development efforts to attract new patients and increase retention and referrals.
- Champion staff engagement and provider relationships; support recruitment, onboarding, and performance coaching.
- Collaborate with marketing and corporate teams on local execution of national programs and clinic-specific promotions.
- Ensure consistency in clinic operations through SOP development and cross-clinic best practices.
- Resolve escalated patient concerns with a service-forward and solutions-oriented approach.
What you will bring along:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an asset).
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a multi-site healthcare or related service environment.
- Proven success in managing business operations, financial targets, and leading diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of the private clinic model, preferably in plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical aesthetics.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and interpreting P&L statements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on coaching and team engagement.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of executing initiatives that drive growth.
- Comfortable with frequent regional travel and working in a hybrid office/clinic environment.
