• 2+ years of demonstrated engineering leadership
• 5+ years of experience leading the AI/Machine Learning development lifecycle from conception to delivery
• 3+ years of experience developing AWS cloud-based applications, leveraging FastAPI, Kubernetes (K8s), and Python as a primary language
• Proven experience with machine learning, model development, emerging frameworks and algorithms
• A deep understanding of what it takes to build and deliver high-quality, scalable applications, with a focus on test automation and performance engineering
• A deep understanding of data engineering, data science, and other supporting disciplines such as emerging agent evaluation requirements
• Experience in people management, with a commitment to the growth and well-being of your colleagues and a talent for building a psychologically safe and inclusive team environment
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills that allow you to effectively navigate complex organizational structures and contribute to key business and technical decisions
• The ability to understand complex requirements and communicate technical details effectively to diverse audiences, from your team to executive stakeholders
