Digital Production Coordinator

As a leading luxury menswear retailer operating across Canada, Harry Rosen is seeking a Digital Production Coordinator to join our studio production team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a highly talented team working in a dynamic environment, focusing on creating ecommerce assets and onboarding new product to our website.
The Digital Production Co-Ordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of e-commerce and campaign production. This role assumes ownership of studio scheduling, e-commerce model coordination, sample lifecycle management, and ongoing vendor relationships. The position supports both day-to-day e-commerce production and higher-level creative initiatives, while maintaining operational efficiency, accuracy, and speed-to-site.
What You’ll Do:
- Production & Studio Coordination

Maintain efficient end-to-end product flow from sample intake through final publishing

Coordinate studio schedules across e-commerce and campaign shoots

Prepare and manage merchandise line-ups for photoshoots

Support e-commerce model selection and booking coordination, including fit considerations and seasonal requirements

Assist the creative production and product and trade teams in the execution of creative campaigns including timelines, sample readiness, and asset delivery

Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and proactively flag risks to deadlines or SLAs
- Sample Management (E-Commerce & Campaigns)

Own the tracking and movement of samples across e-commerce, campaign, and editorial productions

Coordinate inbound and outbound sample logistics with vendors, stylists, and internal teams

Ensure samples are returned accurately and within agreed timelines

Maintain clear visibility of sample status to support production planning and merchandising priorities
- Vendor & Partner Relationships

Maintain clear communication around sample requirements, timelines, and delivery expectations

Support onboarding and adherence to photography, copy, and asset standards

Build and maintain positive, professional vendor relationships that support long-term partnerships and production efficiency
- Administration

Maintain and evolve sample tracking tools and documentation

Support process improvements through documentation and workflow refinement
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Marketing, and Creative teams

Support special projects and ad-hoc production initiatives as required

Actively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, clarity, and scalability within studio operations
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and scheduling skills in a fast-paced production environment

Clear communicator with confidence working across teams and external partners

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously

Comfortable working with tracking tools, spreadsheets, and reporting
-
Growing strategic awareness of how production impacts brand, conversion, and speed-to-site

Ability to lift 50lbs
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in fashion retail, visual merchandising, or digital content production
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Fashion Business, Multi-Media Studies
- Previous production or on-set experience an asset
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for sample tracking and production planning
- Ability to multitask and manage concurrent production priorities

**Compensation for this role will be dependent on skills, experience, and seniority. The starting compensation range for this role is $45,000 - $ 50,000
