**Position:**Security Guard– Parking attendant
**Site:**Windsor Regional Hospital Met Campus
**Status:**Part time
**Hours:**Saturday - Sunday 0800-2000
Pay Rate:$ 22.18
**Posting Date:**3/25/2026
**Internal Closing Date:**3/31/2026
**External Closing Date:**4/10/2026
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work well with the public
- Able to take payments and make change for parking for the patients/visitors
- Keep parking booth clean
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to work independently
- Able to push wheelchairs
- Able to monitor/direct traffic in parking lot
- Proficient in English
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- First Aid/CPR trained
- Covid double vaccinated (at least 2 doses)
- Perform other duties as requested by security coordinator and /or client
Essential Job Functions:
- Be courteous and cooperative with a high quality of customer service.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with clinical staff, and the general public while conveying professionalism and authority at all times.
- Able to maintain a professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances and people under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.
- Write clear, concise, and legible reports.
- Communicates any concerns/issues with Site Coordinator.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Police Foundations/Protection, Security & Investigations**,**Border Services, or Criminology is required
-CPR and First Aid certificates -Standard First Aid & CPR Level C
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
