Lead major infrastructure projects with tangible, lasting impact
Join a financially stable and growing Canadian manufacturer Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, and Executive Leadership High level of autonomy and ownership over your projects Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and company pension Long-term career growth with a collaborative, team-focused organization What You'll Be Doing Project Leadership Lead multiple infrastructure projects from contract award through fabrication, delivery, installation, and closeout Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Customer & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Coordinate communication between Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, Finance, and Installation teams Risk & Project Controls Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks Manage scope changes, budgets, schedules, and contract requirements Resolve technical and commercial issues while maintaining customer satisfaction Prepare project status updates and executive reports Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve project execution, communication, and delivery processes Support initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience Contribute to the successful delivery of future infrastructure programs What We're Looking For Required 3–5+ years of Project Management experience Experience delivering projects within construction, structural steel, manufacturing, engineered products, infrastructure, or heavy industrial environments Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and change management Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Preferred Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline PMP certification or progress toward designation Experience reading technical drawings and engineering specifications ERP, CRM, or project management software experience Ideal Backgrounds We're particularly interested in candidates from: Structural Steel Bridge Construction Heavy Civil Infrastructure Industrial Construction Engineered Products Steel Fabrication Manufacturing Custom Fabrication EPC Projects Who Will Thrive Here?
