You Will
HR Systems Leadership (UKG & WFM)
- Serve as the system owner for UKG ( Core, Payroll , Learning, People Analytics ) and WFM (timekeeping, scheduling, labor management)
- Define system strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure alignment between HR systems and organizational priorities
2. Workforce Management (WFM) Enhancement
- Lead configuration and maintenance of timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and labor management within WFM
- Collaborate closely with p ayroll team to support WFM setup and ensure accurate time-to-payroll integration, including validation of pay codes, earnings mappings, and data flows
- Partner with Operations to optimize labor planning, compliance (e.g., overtime, meal/rest rules), and productivity
- Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of WFM configurations to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
3 . System Configuration & Integration
- Oversee system configuration, workflows, and business process design
- Manage integrations between HRIS and other platforms (e.g., EIS , benefits)
- Partner with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless system performance
4 . Data Governance & Reporting
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data
- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards
- Support regulatory reporting and audits
5 . Project Management
- Lead HRIS-related projects, including implementations, migrations, and upgrades
- Develop project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
6 . Stakeholder Support & Training
- Provide system support and guidance to HR, Payroll, and business users
- Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions
- Serve as a liaison between HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors
7 . Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure HR systems comply with applicable labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies across Canada and US.
- Maintain audit trails and support compliance reviews
- Support internal and external audits
You Shouold Have / Be

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience with strong hands-on expertise in UKG Pro and WFM
-
Deep understanding of timekeeping-to-payroll processes.

Proven experience in multi-system environments and complex integrations.

Strong project management and stakeholder focus, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results within established timelines without compromising quality or accuracy.

Advanced data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, BI tools)

Experience with system integrations (APIs)

High proficiency in UKG Core and WFM configurations
-
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-volume work with a high degree of precision and adherence to critical timelines

Proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity

Strong personal work ethic, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional and cross-border teams

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where expectations are high

Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

Must be fluent in spoken English and knowledge in Chinese (Cantonese &/or Mandarin) is an asset

5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 9:00am – 5:30pm (Actual working hours may vary slightly by department, depending on operational needs.)
