About the role
The IT Director will be responsible for structuring, developing, and strategically positioning the technology department, while remaining aligned with group standards. They will oversee three divisions in Quebec and a team of just under ten people.

- Conduct an analysis of current IT systems (infrastructure, applications, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.) and define and implement a roadmap.
- Define a clear strategic vision for all divisions.
- Thoroughly review all current contracts with various suppliers and make recommendations to find an appropriate balance between the use of external services and internal resources.
- Manage budgets ranging from $2 million to $4 million.
- Lead various projects across all divisions (infrastructure modernization, streamlining of application systems, networks, cloud, deployment of collaborative tools, ERP, process digitization, etc.).
- Implement robust cybersecurity and risk management practices.
- Focus on improving user support, documenting procedures, and serving as the primary point of contact to enhance the user experience.
- Manage, train, and develop the skills of IT team members.

PROFILE
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in an international environment with multiple sites or divisions
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, change management, and IT systems in general (infrastructure, applications, networks, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.)
- Experience in analyzing current systems, contracts and suppliers, and budget management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
