Job Description

LOCK STORES / MRO COORDINATOR - $60-65,000 dependent on experience DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify vendors or materials, equipment or supplies. Evaluate cost and quality of goods or services and determine best vendor. Work with Coupa system. Operate spreadsheet programs and other types of software to load and manipulate data and to produce reports. Receive and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials. Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in tool room, supply room, stores or other area. Process incoming requisitions and issue or distribute parts and supplies on hand using manual or computerized inventory systems. Verify accuracy and completeness of data. Maintain records or amount, kind and location of parts and supplies on hand using manual or computerized inventory systems. Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts, supplies and materials. Co-ordinate and monitor the movement of parts, supplies and materials within an establishment and ensure that supplies, materials and products are shipped and received on schedule. Obtain price quotations from catalogues and suppliers and prepare purchase orders. Process incoming requisitions. Compile inventory reports, recording the quantity, type and value of materials, equipment and stock on hand, using manual or computerized inventory system. Generate and process plant Work Orders through the SAP system. Lock Stores shall maintain an appropriate inventory of Loss Control equipment and supplies. Process and balance VISA purchases. Other duties as required.

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Education in purchasing or equivalent work experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office SAP and Coupa experience preferred Strong computer and organizational skills Strong communication skills Able to work overtime during week and weekend if necessary Position Type: Regular Additional Locations: Additional Information: Remote Status: On-site
